Arrange the following steps on how to to change column width/row height numerically. (1 as the first step and 4 as the last step)

-- On the Home tab, click on Format option then select either Column Width/Row Height Dialog Box
-- Click on the cell you want to format.
-- Click OK
-- Type in a new value. For column width it can be from 0-255 and for row height it is 0-409
